Prior to Joining SkyWire Media, Inc. Chris Roe held various positions with MICROS Systems, Inc. most recently as Customer Service Manager at MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS), headquartered in Columbia, Maryland, is the world’s leading developer of enterprise applications serving the hospitality and specialty retail industries. Chris has over 20 years combined experience in the hospitality management and technology industry.

As Customer Service Manager for MICROS, Chris managed daily operations of The Las Vegas, Reno and Albuquerque NM offices. During his tenure at MICROS, Chris fulfilled many jobs that started with being an Intern, an Implementation Specialist, Implementation Consultant, and Implementation Manager deploying many complex Gaming and Leisure and Entertainment Point of Sale installations.

Before joining MICROS, Chris was Director of IT at Gazelle Systems, Inc. which offered customer relationship management and other business intelligence and benchmarking services to the hospitality and food-service industries. Chris has also held Restaurant Manager positions at Caesars Palace, Si Redd’s Oasis and ARAMARK Food Services.
