As Zappos, Inc.’s very first web analyst, Christina is responsible for defining website goals and success metrics for zappos.com and 6pm.com, implementing web analytics and testing tools, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business. Prior to joining Zappos, Inc., she worked as a web analytics consultant at ZAAZ and helped various companies with establishing and executing web analytics best practices. Her clients at ZAAZ included Microsoft, Weight Watchers, Palm, Delta Dental, Auto Trader, Janus Capital Group, PR Newswire, Morgans Hotel Group and SPIE. Christina’s previous work experience and educational background also spans across multiple web-based disciplines such as front-end development, usability analysis, information architecture and project management.
